3D-vision engineer turned founder — I make high-end spatial capability reachable for the people locked out of it.

• Building in UK-EU defence tech (stealth) since March 2026 — the company-shaped version of a thesis I’ve chased for years.
• First to productise 3D vision-language + autoregressive scene-graph generation — shipped SpatialLM to paying BIM/CAD drafters.
• Built and delivered 3D tracking, analysis & fraud engines for UK & ZA casino chains.
• Co-first-authored ADL4D (1.1M-frame 4D dataset) and won the Kurt Fischer Prize; reverse-engineered frontier model stacks (Meta, HKU) on 60+ GPUs.
• Led two ventures before this — firefighting drones for South-East Asia, and assistive navigation for blind users.
• Bet with the safe door closed — self-funded a TU Munich MSc on a leveraged family loan, and ran two unfunded ventures at once rather than hedge.
• Find the real bottleneck, ignore the job title — moved myself from R&D into MLOps to ship the product to the people using it.
• Go deep, but stay close to the customer — the founder discipline I earned the hard way: resist the perfect technical answer and ship.
